Most likely, you are more than familiar with the various Lions Clubs in Wisconsin and even the Wisconsin Lions Foundation. You may have recycled your old eyeglasses, donated to Lions Camp in some way whether monetarily or by purchasing a brat or beef from a local Lion/Lioness Club fundraiser or you might be a Lion or Lioness yourself. What you may not be so familiar with is the Lions Pride Endowment Fund of Wisconsin.
Lions Pride was first introduced to the Lions of Wisconsin at the 2006 State Convention by Chairman Dewey Carl. In January of 2012 the Lions Pride Endowment Fund of WI, Inc. became its own entity officially joining the family of Wisconsin Lions’ non-profit organizations.
Our message is simple, but ever so important. “To preserve, protect and provide significant financial support for the continuation of all Wisconsin Lions Foundation (WLF) statewide project. Today’s Help… Tomorrow’s Hope.”
You may be asking yourself, “Why is the Lions Pride Endowment Fund of Wisconsin
starting a blog?” The reason; to give you the opportunity to know us as a separate entity, provide you with information about our upcoming activities and projects, introduce and thank our donors who live around the state and to update you on other happenings.
Lions Pride invites you to subscribe to our new blog posts (updates will appear every Thursday) and “like” us on Facebook if you haven’t done so already. We are looking forward to connecting with you!
