It’s our favorite time of the year here at Lions Pride. The days are long, the weather is beautiful and Wisconsin Lions Camp is buzzing with excited campers, both new and returning.
This week, visually impaired adults from all over the state of Wisconsin have come to Rosholt to enjoy five days away. Every week is chock-full of fun in the sun. The campers will be swimming, practicing archery, creating beautiful works of art, roasting marshmallows on the campfire and partaking in many other outdoor activities lead by their counselors. In the meantime, they are also building long-lasting friendships. It truly is an experience of a lifetime.
Now we could tell you all about Wisconsin Lions Camp or you could come check it for yourself, every Wednesday from now until August 13, 2014, is Visitors Day. If you want to see the camp in action call to reserve your spot to visit. If you always want to see Wisconsin Lions Camp for yourself, this is your opportunity.
Why do we love summer so much? Because we get to see, first-hand, the efforts of the Lions Pride staff board and donors support pays off. Trust us, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing campers enjoy themselves in the great outdoors.
